After Hours Pool Rental Information
To reserve Pinewood Pool for an After Hours Rental, the requester must speak to the Pool Manager or Assistant Pool Manager to schedule. Requests must be made at least (2) weeks prior to the event, and are contingent on Pinewood Pool having adequate staffing for the requested date. Reservations are for a (2) hour maximum (Monday - Thursday 8pm - 10pm; Friday - Sunday 8:30pm - 10:30pm). The $500.00 reservation fee, and $250.00 security deposit must be paid at least (2) weeks in advance of the reservation date. Members are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of trash at the conclusion of their rental. No alcohol is permitted.

*The last possible date for an After Hours Rental will be 8/10/2024*
