Strength Training Classes with Sandy
Mondays June 8 - July 27
6pm - 7pm
This is non cardio workout using light hand weights to work all of the major muscle groups. You will gain strength, coordination, and burn calories. Let’s feel better, get stronger and have fun together! Bring your own hand weights, mat, water bottle and towel to each class.
Prerequisite: You must be able to stand for 60 min w/o assistance. No chairs please.

This class is designed to work you to the core!
We will use bender balls to help strengthen and lengthen your abdominal muscles. Stronger Abs can help with balance and give you better back support.
Bring a mat, water bottle and towel to each class.
